How to do email marketing with celery?

The question is there is a list of emails, how it would be more correct to send them using Celery:
1) One task in which there will be a cycle with sending a letter for each email
2) There is a separate task for each email

The second is better, it's easier to retry with increasing wait in case the send fails.
