How to do database migration?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
In general, there is a MySQL database and a project on Laravel.
When I wrote the project, I didn’t want to do migrations, because of laziness :)
Now I rolled to the fact that it’s a pipets how convenient :)
And it’s too lazy to create migrations with handles. I mean according to the documentation, like there each table needs to be figured out on a new one.
Is there something automated? Which will fly through the database and create migrations? :)
