How to do correct Sass autocomplete in Sublime?

I started writing Sass files in Sublime 3. I just can't get it to autocomplete correctly. I've installed a variety of plugins - nothing has been achieved.
It seems to work, but it's very crooked. Some properties simply do not know. For example, has no idea what padding-left is. With a probability of 50% puts or does not put a colon after the property. Doesn't tell you the value of the property at all.
I read all the first links in Google in Russian and English - to no avail.
Advise how to be. Now I'm leaning towards another editor.

I have been working in Atom for a long time, but just a couple of days ago I moved to vs code. Now I looked in both editors as there using scss. So. out of the box atom supports all properties and their values. In vs code, there are only properties (maybe it's just me). I have no doubt that vs code has all sorts of plugins for such things. But if you want to immediately without problems, then I will advise Atom. There, as I said, everything that you described comes out of the box.
