How to do calculations on strength of materials (on MacOS)?

Hello!
Need a program for modeling and calculation of simple structures. For example: leaf spring, underwater pipe, etc. In principle, all this can be calculated manually with a textbook on the strength of materials, using formulas and a calculator, but it's the 21st century!
Do I understand correctly that this type of program is called Computer-aided engineering (CAE)?
Advise something convenient, please.
Is there any chance to find a suitable program for MacOS?

Ansys , but it will take a lot of time to study it and there is no Russian version, but the package is powerful, I installed it on macos
There are several books in Russian on this package
