How to do automatic sorting of incoming emails?

Tell me a mail program that has such a function:
let's say I receive letters in the Inbox
And I dragged a letter from one subscriber with the mouse to the folder "Work" specially created by me, and now all letters from this addressee will immediately go only to the "Work" folder, not in Inbox.
And you can create several such folders
. How can this be implemented?

Just so that by simply dragging a letter into a folder a sorting rule is created - there is no such thing.
And the button "to create a sorting rule" is practically in any client.

Any client has the function of creating mail filters. At least TB and Outlook - for sure.
