How to do advanced layout analysis?

I think everyone knows that before layout, you need to analyze the layout in order to understand how you will layout it, what to put into the main styles and what not.
I rarely use Photoshop, mostly Avocode. But even in Avocode it shows a common font and its varieties (ie OpenSans-CondBold or OpenSansLight-Italic just writes OpenSans) do not, and you need flattery in Photoshop.
Regarding the color and size of the font, as well as indents, you can’t tell by eye, you need to measure everything.
Question!
Is there a plugin for Photoshop or other tools for quickly analyzing where on the layout there are the same styles and colors, as well as indents? To immediately create common styles. I think you need to use css cascading to the maximum and not create the same styles, etc.

There is such software, look in the toaster and Google for "converting PSD to HTML" - very often this question was asked here, for example, but I didn’t remember the solution myself, because the designer.
