Most likely we are talking about a retina display with a high pixel density.
There are different options here:
1. The simplest, dumbest one is to load img twice as much, and show it with the desired size when outputting it (i.e. if your logo is 100 * 100 - load img 200 * 200 in good quality as <img src width="100" height="100"/>
then it will not be blurry
2. If it is possible to generate an svg image file from corel, for example, output svg instead of jpg/png/what-you-have-there (do not forget to output jpg/png/what-you-have-there for ie8 )
3. Well, the third option - if your logo is text, or something that can be displayed in text - just display it in text
