How to display video on the guest page of the router?

Good afternoon! Tell me, there are 2 cameras on the local network. (IP)
Our task is this, A person comes to a cafe, connects to wi-fi and the first page opens for him, with video from these two cameras. He looks through them, if not, then on the same page there is a button, supposedly go to Yandex, well, he surfs further on the Internet.
Please tell me how this can be done? Thanks

Are you worried that the Pentagon will be hacked from your free Wi-Fi?)

I agree about Mikrotik. As for the model, you need to think about the load. For a load of 5-10 people at the same time, this one is suitable . I want to immediately warn against the mistakes that I encountered. Taking the mjpeg over http stream directly from the camera (the most logical option, it would seem) is not correct. The camera will not be able to issue more than 7-10 streams at the same time, it will slowly start to fall over. Plus, the stream itself is quite heavy and the speed of your wifi will only be enough to service the broadcast of the cameras. Therefore, you will have to pre-encode on a nettop.
But at the same time, in mikrotik, in my opinion, hotspot, speed division, etc. are well implemented. It will be more convenient to maintain than a pure linux solution. But it's already in taste and color)
