You need the following:
1. Create an HTML page that can only be accessed with a login and password.
2. Output on this page video from ip cameras (3pcs).
There is no problem with the first point. How to implement the output of images from cameras to the site? (technology, maybe there are ready-made services). The load will be small (3-5 people).

Hi. if the camera can rtsp and rtmp, then you can drive the stream through nginx without a load on the percent. verified. there is also a bunch of ffmpeg and vnc, but in this bunch I didn’t manage to get rid of the load on the percent. did a bunch through the Internet, one camera.
