How to display unregistered facebook friends on a resource?

Essence of the question.
After registering a user on our resource through facebook, you need to pull and display all his friends who are registered on facebook, but not registered on our resource.
Right now the facebook api doesn't allow you to do this. It is only possible to display those users who have registered on our resource.
Is it possible to solve this issue at all?
