How to display the page address in Bitrix?

Hello.
There is a feedback form on the product pages. The form is implemented through Bitrix web forms.
You need to add two fields in which the page address and the product name (or page name) will be automatically displayed. So that when sending a request to the site administrator it is clear from the page of which product the request was sent.

When receiving a request to track
$_SERVER[ 'HTTP_REFERER' ] (== address)
Determine the product by url.

You cannot add custom fields in the standard feedback form. Use web forms. Add fields to them, make them hidden and write the current one in the template there
