How to display the mobile version of the site?
Hello! Essence of the question: I need a mobile version of the site for the future psd layout (padding, dimensions, etc.). When I go to the necessary site from a smartphone, it is, let's say, convenient, mobile. But when you try to display through the console (view code) - this is just a reduced part of the desktop version. Whatever device (mobile) I don’t choose, it’s still a reduced desktop.
The question is how can I get a mobile version of the required site?
PS. How does the process of creating a mobile version of the site go? From which device are they repelled when creating a layout (everyone has a different width)?

In 90% it is responsive, a separate layout for popular screen resolutions,
for example, the popular Bootstrap
https://www.w3schools.com/bootstrap4/bootstrap_gri...
Right now, there are few sites that determine the screen resolution using JS and redirect to a separately developed mobile site like site. ru -> m.site.ru
