I use in my group the display of a block with photos that are displayed from the main album and in parallel I blog on Instagram. In order not to do double work, an idea appeared to export the photo of the Instagram account to the VK group. Can you tell me if this can be done, if so, how?

Search instagram for API and something like Webhooks. When you receive an event about uploading a new photo, save it on the server and send it to VKontakte.
