How to display the full set of TinyMCE4 options in the tv box?

Good afternoon!
The site works on modx Evolution 1.4.8
The system has a TinyMCE4 editor, it is connected as the main editor.
I go into editing the resource, it is displayed with all the buttons:

I create a TV field of type RichText

For some reason, when editing this field, not all editor buttons are displayed:

Where can I register so that everything is displayed?
