How to display the desired report?

Tell me if it is possible to create a report for uploading, with certain parameters from the generated Events. Something like a topic - start date - end date. Or for such an upload, you need the services of a 1c programmer to write the code for output in the required file format. Thanks in advance
Now I don’t have access to 1s, I just need to know how to do it

If the user needs to display some kind of register of documents with details, and then simply save it to a file, the services of a programmer are not needed. At least there are two ways:
1) Being in the list of documents (in your case Events) impose the required selections. Next, right-click on the list and select "View List". It remains to mark the columns of interest and you're done.
2) If there is not enough information in the list and you still need to display hidden details or nested details from other details, then you can use the standard report "Report Console", which has been built into all standard reports since the days of 1C:Enterprise 8.0 (first on the report builder, and in modern confs on the data linker). The choice of data (if you need a trite one table), the imposition of selections and sortings - all this is obvious and intuitive. And if you have skills in SQL, then here you can generally do miracles and save all the reports created for use by other users.

There is an unloading of standard reports, if you need something of your own, then you need to involve a programmer.
