How to display the current time in the specified city in the input?

Working with date/time

I'm going to write a small project for practice, the project mechanism is like this, the visitor enters the page, indicates the name of a city in the input field, the site displays the current time in this city. That is, I go to the site, there is an input field, I enter Stockholm there, and it shows me what time it is there now. Tried with Date, but he doesn't seem to be able to do that. How to check this?

PS: Either I googled badly, or I'm the first one who asked this question, which I strongly doubt.
