How to display tasks in Jira that have been assigned to other users on a specific topic?
Greetings
In the company we use the jira system. there are the following users: Head of Business Analysts (
hereinafter
Head of BA) 1 pc
Business Analysts (hereinafter BA) 5 pcs
Programmers 20 pcs
. Then the Head of the BA can assign a task on the topic "to develop a statement about the city" to business analyst No. 2.
The head of the BA can set the task to the same BA on the topic "Prepare a report on the work for the meeting" and on other topics.
Problem: 1. Business Analyst #1 does not currently see that Business Analyst #2 is developing a statement on an interconnected component.
2. The business analyst does not see the tasks assigned to other users on a specific topic "setting development" So that the BA knows who makes what productions of the analysts, and can contact a specific BA.
Question: How (I think so - the filter and how to set it up in jire) so that Business Analyst #1 can see all the tasks on the topic "Develop a statement" that is assigned to Business Analyst #2, Business Analyst #3
