How to display such WIFI connection status?

Hello.
I was connected to an open WIFI network in one market, and I saw such a postscript with the connection speed.
I rarely use wifi anywhere in public places, then I don’t remember seeing such a status.
And I set up routers and access points almost every day, so for me it was like a challenge, like I don’t know about such a thing, heh.
Bullshit really, nothing special. But I was wondering how to implement it.
All I found in Google is that this is a function of the android itself.
It says - " The connection speed is indicated under the names of public networks".
I was thinking maybe this is how it shows if you connect to a network without protection, but no.
