How to display subcategories in the menu (Opencart)?

I need to hide the category Goods and display those 3 subcategories in place of the goods. How can this be implemented?

In the categories, select Products and go to editing. There, go to the Data tab and in the Parent category delete all content. And everything that was in the list of contents, edit each category in the data by checking the checkbox everywhere in the Main menu. Also, to hide products, uncheck the Main menu
