Please tell me, is it possible somehow without crutches in the
news.php of the bitrix.news component
to display a list of sections with elements:
- section
- element
- element 2
- section 2
and so on

As a variant with a minimum of "crutches", put the bitrix:catalog.sections.top component in news.php instead of the bitrix:news.list component and adjust its template.
