Used plugin "Woocommerce Advanced Categories". Additionally, the "Redux Framework" plugin is needed. There is a "Nested Categories" feature that allows you to display information about a category before the products of this category in the catalog. Then I simply hid everything that I didn’t need with styles and left the name of the category.
