How to display numbers in decimal format?

Good morning!
I can't find a solution to my simple question. Essence: I add a column to the dataframe that contains the result of the difference between the other two columns. As a result, the new column is filled with numbers like 4e+07, and so on. A similar problem also occurs when plotting ggplot2.
How can this be defeated?
