How to display monitors in separate VNC sessions?

There is a computer to which 8 monitors are connected.
Task: display using VNC (it is possible to consider a different approach) each monitor in a separate session,
i.e. so that it would be possible to switch windows on the client to display monitor No. 2, No. 7, etc.
I looked at the settings of ultravnc and tightvnc, I did not find a way to display the monitor by its number.
Maybe there is a more rational solution to this problem?
Requirements: minimum latency, capture of input devices - not required, but desirable, paid solutions are possible.

@milkrage

The solution was found in TightVNC
Action 1: in the server settings on the Server ("Update Handling") tab
, check the "Use mirror driver if avaliable" checkbox.
As a result, when connecting, we get a canvas of several screens.
Action 2: in the server settings, go to the Extra Ports tab, read the example at the bottom
of the window (Help).
For two FullHD monitors, it turns out like this: 5901 :
1920x1080+0+0 5902: 3840x2160
+1920+0 connecting to 5902 - we see the 2nd monitor
