How to display data in real time on the JS client from Kafka Streams?

According to the idea, there are not many options, whether to do pulling or send by socket, but what if messages need to be sent to each user, and there may be a million of them, to open a million socket connections?

Absurd, maybe there are some well-known practices in this regard?

This is not absurd, but a harsh reality. A million clients == a million network sockets. Moreover, pulling increases this number several times.
