How to display infoblock properties?

Good afternoon! I post reviews on the main page, Created a signature property (PODPIS) for the infoblock. How to bring it out correctly?
Tried in template.php in the right place something like <?=$arResult['PROPERTIES']['insert property code here']['VALUE']?>
Not displayed.
