How to display image from android phone to monitor via miracast?

Tell me, if when displaying an image from the phone to the monitor via miracast, the image on the monitor occupies only half of the entire screen, i.e., it does not fully stretch to full screen mode. Is this a permission issue? The monitor is old. The maximum resolution is 1280x1024. Only these 2 can be selected on the phone: 1560x720 and 2340x1080.

Do you have miracast built into your monitor? (This is unlikely)
Turn the settings of what you receive the broadcast through (USB dongle or software on a PC)
