How to display html-app inside Ionic app?

I have an application on Ionic, inside which I need to display ready-made html pages (their structure is on picril), including their own js and css, which are not related to angular in any way. ng-include does not display anything, the iframe starts to recursively display the ionic application, InAppBrowser opens separately. What other options are there?
