How to display DNS name and not ip in Mikrotik log?

Tell me, is it possible to see in the logs not ip addresses, but the DNS name of the destination? Taking into account the fact that the DNS server itself is not configured for Mikrotik, but is located in AD.

no way, this problem is solved by postparsers. You give them logs, and they slowly resolve ip in fqdn
