How to display different messages?

Hello everyone
, there is a list of struct structures. Each structure has a tag field, a text field. some tags (>2) in the list have the repeat value. you need to display the text field every 10 seconds from different structures, where the tag field = repeat. Does anyone know how this can be done without creating an additional list?
