How to display data from two db tables in laravel 5.8?

Question

SQL

there are 2 tables: - users;
- indom;
Inside there are 2 identical columns: settlement; (both in users and indom)
When registering, the user manually enters settlement, and is stored in the users table.
Question: How to compare settlement from users and settlement from indom, in order to display other records already from the indom table from the same row?
Do not judge strictly, I know that it's kind of simple. (karapuz)
