Guys, hello everyone! Today I received a new project to finalize the site on the dle engine. I went into main.tpl and see this there:

I found decoders on the Internet, I drove these krakozyabry there - iso-8859-1 encoding. In the engine itself, the encoding is windows-1251. At the same time, these krakozyabry on the site are displayed in normal human language. How can I make it so that everything is displayed normally in the editor too?

Try File->Reopen with encoding->Cyrillic(windows 1251)
