How to display commits in GiHub when changes are uploaded via SSH?

The question is in the title.
And in more detail - I created a repository on github, cloned myself via ssh, worked, started pushing back, everything is ok, it got pushed. Only now the green square in Contributions did not happen. Why is this happening, can it be configured somehow?

Commits to your repository are not counted. Only pull requests, Jesuses, etc.
