In short, you can withdraw in one block ... only start a counter in a cycle .. upon completion of 4 entries (2 in a row) ... add entries 3 in a row ...
Or you can withdraw in 2 cycles .. .the first one will print 4 entries and the second one will print the rest of the entries by 3...
probably the first option is preferable

It is unlikely that you will find a plugin with a similar design, it is easier to make this look yourself by changing the content.php in your theme and writing styles.
