I created a deal in Sales in chats, generated a short link and sent it as an SMS to the client, but when I go through it, it says "Order not found".

The link itself is short and complete:
https://example.site24.com/~erMrT
https://example.bitrix24.shop/oformleniezakaza/?or...

But the site on Bitrix that is attached to Bitrix24 has a different address, say, https ://example2.com (if it's important)

Can you tell me how to make order content and payment system displayed when clicking on a link from SMS?

In short, write to technical support

You need the site that you made on B24 (this is not your external site that you "integrated", but the site based on Site24) to know that it is located at this address.
