In the classical understanding of the image and in the classical understanding of the command line, this is not possible. You can enter the console in graphics mode and work with the framebuffer, but this will already be a little different.

On the terminal, if we are talking about linux, you can display the picture as a background. If it’s about Windows - nothing, the console is even more severe than in Linux;) You can’t display a picture as a type symbol like messengers with emoticons do, since the terminal is in text mode
