How to display an image from a server (computer) on TV located in the same building on different floors?

Given:
1. Local server (computer) with a website in HTML + JS with complex animation.
2.TV on several floors (5 floors with 2 TVs on each)
Task:
Displaying the image from the server to TV.
Conditions:
The solution should be as simple and cheap as possible.
Additional information:
Animation drawing sometimes slows down on devices with MT8389 1.2 GHz, 4 cores and HiSilicon K3V2E 1.5 GHz, 4 cores)
Possible solutions:
1. Powerful android prefix (display using a browser in full screen mode)

When the power is turned off, you will have to run and turn everything on.
2. Nettop/NUC (browser display in full screen mode)
