How to display an ifnoblock element in the title?

At the moment I'm displaying the title like this

<?$APPLICATION->ShowTitle();?> | <?=$arSite['SITE_NAME']?>

But this is a little out of step with pagination. That is, Articles is an infoblock, and cosmetology is a section within this infoblock, how to display 'Cosmetology' in a title?
