How to display a static word instead of the tax name?

Hello,

The standard shopping cart template displays the name of the tax rate while adding an item. The essence of the question is this - how to make
the static word "Deposit" displayed instead of the name of the tax rate, regardless of the name of the tax rate.
What file is it pulled from and where can I change it?
