How to display a shipping method with different options?

Hello. There was a need to place several deliveries on the sale.order.ajax page with one general description and additional ones for each of the deliveries. Something like that:

Курьерская доставка во все города
[checkbox] Европейская часть России [стоимость]
[checkbox] Другая часть России [стоимость]

Does Bitrix support this feature?
