How to display a section property in Bitrix?

Let's say there is a task: to display your picture in the header of the site for different sections of the site. As I understand it, the easiest way to do this is through the section properties. A separate field is created for the image, the path to the image is entered there. But how to display in the template? The answer is clearly simple, but didn't find a solution anywhere. Thanks in advance.

In result_modifier.php you make logic and get data
In component_epilog.php set SetPageProperty
In the template/header.php file display using ShowProperty
In the Admin (Settings - Product Settings - Module Settings - Structure Management), in the Settings tab for sites, set your new PageProperty
