However, it became necessary to display 3 blocks in one section, which will be separate resources. That is, the child resources of the resource of the section in which they are located. The question is how to do it?

and why do this through a resource, you can do it through MIGX, in additional fields it will be possible to add as many sections as you like, and in each section you can make additional blocks and display everything in one template.
