How to display a block of text in a product card with parameters?

There is a task to display a block of text in a product card. The text itself should be the same for all products, edited in one place, but the text should mention the name of the product in the cards of which it is displayed.
The block should look something like this:
As I think, it will not work through the included area, only through the component that will need to be placed in the catalog.element component template, where the text template and the product name from the card will be passed as a parameter.
Can you tell me if it is possible to implement such a block in the product cards without using a component?
