How to disable zoom in Yandex Maps?

Is it possible to disable zooming in Yandex Maps by moving with the right mouse button pressed? This is when a rectangle appears, and if you release the mouse, the map will scale to the selected area. Or, perhaps, there is a method of disabling any scaling at all.
