How to disable update to 1809 via gpo (without wsus)?

I found a policy Choose when to get previews... , enabled it, readiness level: Semi-Annual Channel , postpone for 365 days, pause started yesterday.
Did I do the right thing?

Computer Configuration <four> system services. And you set the update service to disabled, and edit the permissions of the service, remove access from there on behalf of the system and dosvidos.
