How to disable the display of product properties in Bitrix?

By default, if my product has a property filled, then it is displayed, if not, it is not displayed.

But I need to be able to check each property in the admin panel - show it (even if it is filled) or not

It would seem that there is a simple solution: if there is an "ADVANTAGES" property, then you need to create another property of the "HIDE_ADVANTAGES" checkbox type, and then specify the condition for displaying this property in the template depending on whether the product has a checkbox or not.

But my product has about 300 properties, creating another 300 other properties to enable / disable the output of each of them is such a task.

Is there any more elegant solution?

If you have the option "Use property settings in components and forms" (1) active, then you can go to the detailed settings of the property (2) and configure its output in the public part (3).

If the option "Use parameters properties in components and forms" is deactivated, then you can remove the output of unwanted properties in the template simply in the component settings ( https://i.imgur.com/xAxjt6X.png )
