How to disable terminal alerts in ubuntu?

This is what is displayed in the terminal all the time:

[INFO] 19:05:38 Restarting: /home/arkhip/www/lib/back/main.ts has been modified
Using ts-node version 8.10.2, typescript version 3.7.5

And in parallel, an annoying alert pops up at the top of the screen:

How to hide it so that it doesn’t bother you anymore? Ubuntu version is 20.04, gnome shell is 3.36.2
