Hello. You need to disable spell checking in telegram on pc.

I write in my native language, but I don't like those red lines. Did I disable verification in windows settings? but it doesn't work in telegram

Settings → Advanced settings → System spell checker.

I think it would be wiser to add the desired language pack to Windows.
