But on my phone (Xiaomi 9T), when playing ads once for several launches, ads are played with sound even if the sound on the phone is zero. A very unpleasant situation. If users encounter the same problem, it will obviously have a negative impact on the game.

Now I want to try setting up ads so that all videos start with the sound turned off by default. I saw that it was possible.

In the dashboard unit you go> Placements> click on the desired video for example> muting> muting audio
