How to disable password request on wifi in KDE5?

Actually the essence of the question: When I log in, the kwallet application constantly asks for my account password.
Screen attached.
And also there is a related question not related to this issue.
2. How to turn off when logging in Bluetooth? So that I manually turn it on !!!
Hint: There was a problem the other day with bluetooth and in the console I typed the command

bluetooth=on

Maybe it's because of this?! I just don't want to type again in the console
bluetooth=off
- there may be problems!
That's why I'm here for advice!
Please don't drink too much! Didn't use google! I'm in a hurry, I'm leaving today and I'm not up to it! I just want to debug the system upon arrival!
PS: Thank you in advance for your understanding and help!!!

It looks like a stuffing, but I will answer.
1) Judging by what I read, the password is requested not for wi-fi, but for access to kwallet. The solution is to remove it. Or at least remove it from autorun.
2) bluetooth is turned off by a button on the laptop.
That's all I wanted to say.
