How to disable nginx caching?

Good afternoon.
There was a bug due to caching when choosing a region.
For example, if you go to the page bai.kz/kredity - select a city, then select another section in quick filters and try to change the city there, then it will transfer to the page bai.kz/kredity or to some fix. the address.
The logic was simple, the region is assigned to the last address. But caching doesn't work. Checked on other hosting where it was disabled.
